Section 111 does apply to federal employees, and section 112 does apply to diplomats. Section 113, as I understand it, applies to everybody else.

nope... you need to read over what makes an offense fall under federal vs. state criminal jurisdiction.

Nope... you need to read over what I'm saying.
 Assault would in most cases fall under the jurisdiction of a state, that is true. However, there still is a Federal law concerning assault on run-of-the-mill civilians. Jurisdiction technicalities don't negate its existence, and I'm merely stating the law exists (again, see section 113).
 If you do wish to discuss jurisdiction, then if the man is assaulted on Federal property, or is assaulted by any Federal employee, the case would indeed go to Federal courts as it would fall under Federal jurisdiction.

Another one, not on federal level, but im sure that if someone wanted too, they could prosecute his ass. these two links are about the same douche, he starts out by saying that he wants to get rid of another poser in another forum and ask's for help, read on and see what happens :shock: .
