sure it is, but Paco was just stating that you can find them for less that $90 - $100.  As far as I'm concerned anything more than $25 - $30 is too much.  However if you check around even new 10rd factory mags go for more than that, ($25 - $30) now, so it's not surprising that high caps can demand double the price.

Note that today and tomorrow are the last two days before Congress recesses for the summer.  They won't be back in session until Tuesday, September 7th (because the 6th is Labor Day).  As such, not counting today, there are only FIVE legislative days remaining for the ban to be renewed.  Getting it up for a vote in the Senate, House and sent to the President for his signature in 5 days is EXTREMELY unlikely if not impossible especially given all the roadblocks in even getting it to a vote in the House.
