Adjustable laser for RIS mounting

This isn't meant to be a discussion of the value of laser sights
I have a P90 terminator polarstar setup which I would like to have a functional laser sight attached to the nitro rail that extends over barrel. I have bought 2 diff lasers and each does not have the ability to adjust windage or elevation enough to make up for the degree in which the unit is offset from barrel center when mounted on RIS
Any ideas as to a laser which truly has the wide range of windage or elevation neccessary to be reliable?

What distance are you trying to sight it in at?

Need ability to sight in at less than 50 ft

And you are trying to mount this on the rail over the top of the barrel, not the sides?

Tried both on top and sides. At approx 100 feet with max wind age adjust its just about correct but any closer and it's way off

What lasers have you tried? I might have a couple that can do that.
