General Off-Topic Discussion / leaving
« on: December 15, 2003, 05:02:52 PM »
I guess this is where I give my final goodbyes to anyone who I care about or who cares about me. I'm going to be dropping out of my current "college" sometime in the next month or two and enrolling in community college back home in CA. I only played one game, and that was in prescott. I would like to say thanks though for all the people who showed up. You guys were the best group of airsofters I've ever met, and your love of the game will forever inspire me to greater heights in airsoft. I hope you guys stay as good as you are, because airsoft needs people like you. Thanks to Me-Ushi Kami, Phoenix 747, Solitary UDT, Boondock Saint, HavHav(Bawlz hahaha), Mr. Joseph, and Kopper. You guys made the best game I've ever played. Also, thanks to Kamikazee for getting me into the AA forums. All the rest of you guys, thanx for everything you guys did for me.

General Airsoft Discussion / about command post and game on
« on: September 17, 2003, 11:20:06 AM »
can anyone link me to game on's website if they have one. Also, at command post, do you get to hold the guns, shoot the guns, etc...do they have good quality guns, IE- tokyo marui, ksc, etc... And do they have a good selection? Thanx.

Also, is there a big difference between the one in Tempe and the one in Phoenix? (command post)

AEG's / Upgrading my Aug
« on: September 16, 2003, 11:28:10 AM »
Ok. I finally have a job (Subway, Eat fresh!) and I can afford to drop some cash into my Aug. I'm thinking I wanna get it as close to 400 without going over, I want awesome accuracy, and I don't care what happens to my ROF, since I like to use single shots. I know I'm gonna need an upgraded barrel, but if someone could give me the product number thingy on airsoft128.com so I know EXACTLY what to buy, that would be cool. Also, if you could also do that for the spring I'm going to need and the metal bushings and anything else, that would help alot. I'm not a newb, but I've never upgraded so I'm clueless. Once again, I'm trying to achieve

-FPS As close to 400 as possible
-The best accuracy I can possibly have (without going broke. I can't exactly afford a phantom upgrade and 6 more inches of barrel right now)
-Internals that wont die on me

Thanx

« on: September 15, 2003, 07:46:01 AM »
I was talking to my manager at Subway, and he said there is a place on northern and 12th st that sells airsoft guns called spy headquarters. I'm gonna go check it out today. If nobody else has been there, I'll report back on it tomorrow.

General Airsoft Discussion / shotty
« on: September 12, 2003, 09:59:03 AM »
Hey. I'm thinking about buying a shotty, but I'm not sure what to get. I'm leaning towards gas, because it seems like it would be a bit more quality, and have a bit more power, but maybe I'm wrong. I was taking a look at the Maruzen M870 BV, and I like the lok of it. Anone got any input on this. I'm thinkin I'll probly use it as a secondary, and keep it on my back like Ash from Evil Dead and Army of Darkness (jk..well maybe) Give me your input.

I just arrived here and I basically live in the heart of Phoenix. My major cross-streets are Central and Camelback. My phone number is 1-714-200-7646. I go to hi-Tech Institute, which is a college on Indian skool road and 16th st. I already have me and possibly 7 other people willing to join. If you are looking to join, call me on the weekend and ask for Tyrel. We don't have any specs on the team right now, as I am waiting to get people first before I go making the team.

Airsoft Items FOR SALE / 2 KSC Mac11 Submachine guns 4 sale...
« on: May 23, 2003, 09:36:33 AM »
I have two KSC mac11's, and I'm lookin to sell. Both are in perfect working condition, except for one of the clips, the little rubber valve adapter at the top is torn rendering the clip useless. You can either buy a new peice (retails around 2.00 + shipping. I advise you buy alot of them) or buy a new clip. The other clip is fine. Both guns have seen some use, but no major flaws of any kinds. No trademarks, orange barrels. A few scratches but not many. I will give you pics if you want. Contact me on AIM instead of E-mail if possible. Thanks.

Oh yeah. I almost forgot. I'm looking for $170 for both...Good deal cuz they retail at 130 each, which is 260 total. 90 dollar savings!

Also, if you want, you can buy just one. 100 for the working one, and 70 for the no clip one.

I live in Orange County, and yes, the airsofting out there is the best. Not to insult you guys at all, because prescott was awesome, but cali is definately the airsoft capitol of the US. It's littered with Jungletoy's, airsoft exteremes, and now combat depot or something like that. As for places to play, theres the killhouse, the pit, and alot of paintball places support airsoft so...Anyways, me an my friends play alot, so I'm set for people. And I will stay active on the forums if possible. Also, if ever in AZ again, I'll try and attend another game. Who knows, maybe I'll see a few of you at an OP.

wow.....just wow. How does that fall into the category of electronics. Kudos to you Fry's. Anyways, I think it's both good and terrible. Thats going to attract alot of newbish attention, and soon we could have a situation like paintball where any ass can pick up a gun, call himself 1337, and be done with it. But it will also attract some good attention I think, so I guess we'll just have to see.
