Ok, you twisted my arm...

PERSONAL PREFERENCE!  The 2000 looks better if cut down from a PASGT-type pot.  [inner monologue]<i>didn't I already explain this like 17,000 times before RO?  ...and what about minners helmet?  DOH!</i>[/inner monologue]

Why not go for the cut-down RBR, Newsweek-cover-SF-Dragon-Models-Clay Ramsey-helmet?  No one has done that yet.  I might do it with D Boys helmet.  Nobody tell him, uh-K?  

Where you getting a strap, Havinator?

I posted some measurements for the TC-2000 some time ago, but I don't recall where.  Do a search if you want to see them.

As far as specs for a TC-2001, I don't know, but there are many good photos around the internet that you can look at to figure out how to make a replica.

I might sell my fake TC-2001 soon.

If you want a TC-2001, I can just sell you mine.  It has the real strap.  Christian, I know you want the strap, but I don't really want to separate the helmet and the strap.

No, No, and...No.  Tim <i>could</i> get them, but I doubt it, as such items are usually purchased in large quantities on the dealer level.  DBT was out last I checked (few days ago).  I can't hook you up because I need one for Anthony and Elliot (who's helmet I have had for months now.  Thanks again for the patience, Elliot!).  When you find out thwew to get one, let me know!

TC2000 vs. TC2001

Hey. I finally got around to asking my dad if he can cut my helmet, and being worried about the TC2000, I am thinking I will go with the TC2001 (being easier to make) I was curious if anyone had any suggestions or the distance that will be cut off along the ears? Or the advantages/disadvantages of each helmet? Thanks in advance!
