How's the weather down there? I've never made it to a game there yet.
  We have been gaming at Bushnell Tanks lately and it is nice there until around 1 or 2pm then it starts to get warm.
   Either way I would be up for a game on the 30th, either at BT or Sasco. Like I said if the weather is good down there.

We haven't been there for over a month.  Last time,it got really hot early on, around 9 or 10.  That is why we get there so early.  Now that it is relatively cooler, every thing depends on cloud cover.  But bring a lot of water and get there early.

  From Phoenix (if you can get enough gas): Take I-10 towards Tucson.  Get off at the Red Rock exit.  Red Rock road will be heading only west from the exit.  You'll know your on the right road if you pass the cattle farm.  Follow it about 8 miles, it'll be dirt for quite a while.  You'll see an octaganal concrete shape on a hill, turn right on the road that's before the hill and you should see us there gearing up.
  From Tucson, pretty much the same thing.  At the Red Rock exit you just have to go across the overpass to get to Red Rock road.

  I hope that helps. :)

Farslayer, Reaver, Where you guys living? I'm just wondering where the majority of people are going to be coming from. I would say that we should try to have the game closest to the majority, to save gas and such.
 I'm in Ahwatukee 3 miles from the southern border of Phoenix, so going south is just as easy as north for me.
 It just sounds like the weather to the north is nicer. At BT we have nice trees and a stream to help keep it cool. All I know is that one of you said it gets hot early 9-10sh. Knowing this group, getting them organized before 7am is a chore. So I don't know if we would get much game time down there.
 Lets see who wants to go and figure it out from there.

  We live in Tucson.  BT is a hell of a drive for us, that's why we like to use Sasco.  It's a relatively decent drive and the CQB area downright rocks!  It's also got tranches and pits in the open field around the site.  Overall it's a lot of fun. [:D]

SASCO is still at least 55 miles from where we live in Tucson.  We go there because of the diversity.  Like Reav said, there is a huge CQB area, several foundations and other concrete structures and buildings.  So far, collectively, we haven't even played up near the cement pilings or above the smelter.  There are at least 4 areas to skirmish, plus open field.  BT is cooler, but really only offers open field exercise.  It is nice up there, we all went up there for the US Airsoft event in the spring.  For some of us, it's worth getting up at 4 to be able to skirmish for 4-5 hours in various terrain.  Of course, it's not for everyone.

  Weather is usually pretty good for us.  And the last time we were out the main wash had no water in it, so the farmers may have diverted it's flow.  Won't know till this Saturday for sure thou.  Hope to see you out there. [:)]

Hello All;

  We are planning on having a skirmish at Sasco on the 30th of August.  Feel free to show up if you like.  We will be more than happy to have you there.  We plan on being there roughly 6-6:30 am.
