We are currently looking and actively recruiting individual who want to be apart of a Rank structured environment and who are willing to take their position seriously with in the Airsoft Community.  We work on Tactics and Leadership training at every practice and every Airsoft Operation. Rank Structure is always in place and when involved other Joint Operations and Overnight events.

This rank structure will allow individuals to grow into their respected positions. Each team member is a leader regardless of rank or team role. All ranks, titles, positions are honorary and hold no government or official bearing and is used for the sole purpose of the sport of Airsoft.

Our teams are comprised of a mix of: Civilians, Ex-Military, Law Enforcement, and Security Specialists and some minors, Who exhibit a mature enough attitude and good sense of professionalism and safety. We proudly work with contacts both in Law Enforcement and Military sector to raise awareness about the sport of Airsoft, and to promote a good name for it through responsibility and leadership.
 
Mission Goals;
 
Our mission goals are to build dynamic Airsoft teams across the valley using US Army Special Operations concepts ,tactics, methods, and strategies for realistic Team on Team Challenges ,Mil-Sim Operations and Military Reenactments across the state and beyond. Our 2 part team concept and element allows for training and practice. When combined makes a sizable team force to compete against upcoming Team on Team Challenges Mil-Sim Operations in or near any area of operation.

hey guys,

We have a back yard game going on today starting at 7pm in Mesa, we like to play at night.. cross streets are Adobe and Gilbert Rd. we want about 4-5people or so people to play.. its a capture the flag kinda deal.. you must have your own ammo, guns and eye protection..all types of guns are welcome but nothing over 400FPS and we observe a 20ft rule here,if you have to ask what the 20ft rule is, don't bother coming over. ,  No one under 21 please. You should understand that if you show up, you release the occupied parties of the house from ALL LIABILITY....

I don't usually talk bad about a company  but this one is warranted...

I had some issues  with my Airsoft gun so I take it to Vanguard Paintball 3821 East Baseline Road
Gilbert, AZ 85234 //(480) 507-9420//( they were the closest Authorized, airsoft repair place near my house)...I go there and I waited for over an hour to be waited on , and this point i can understand as the store had several customers  but they all wanted Paintball related stuff and there was only 1 person working while 3 other employees milled around...... finally, I explained to the owner what was going wrong with my gun and left it for service...2 days later I returned to pick my gun up, was charged 28.00,  I get it home and fire less that a full mag in it and I have the same issues... I returned the gun first thing Monday morning and checked on it yesterday only to find that my gun had not even been looked at yet.... I was told that it might be ready by Saturday..... WARNING::: based on my personal experience, I will never spend anymore money in that store!!! I hate crappy service...
