ICE using AUG's.. since when?

I was watching Fox news and saw some ICE officers carrying AUG's before entering a house.. since when do police use them? i thought it was all MP5, M4 and rarely P90 or G36C..

i also heard a rumor they might be adopting the MP7??

ICE has been using Aug's since they were the U.S. Customs Office of Investigations.  They were issued in semi and 3 rnd burst.

US Customs Air Wing used them in the late 1980's...
They've been around for a long time.
