I will definetly be coming to see this with my wife tomorrow, I also contacted my team to let them know so hopefully I've got a good number of people coming.
As for the DVD this would be really cool if you guys could get one together, though I'd hate to rush you guys on it, since this is a local thing it would be neat to include things like a making of to go with it as well as bloopers. I'd be willing to pay a decent amount if it had extras.
Cost of the DVD will be $10. Why you ask? Well, basically to cover our costs. We owe alot of people who helped out free copies. We're totally non-profit and we've already put a good deal of time and personal monies into it, so we're just trying to not incur any more costs.
The DVD will NOT be ready for pickup as we want to add "extra features" beforehand, so give us a couple of weeks. Remember, this thing was put together by a bunch of 18-19 yr. olds in-between school, work, sports, etc.
Still, I think you'll be pleased with the result. The great thing is the fact that everything - story, music, editing, visual and special effects, etc. are all ours.
Finally, this will be the only public showing that we know of on this side of the US. The vet who's helped us extensively will be taking it to Washington with him next month, so it'll be showing along some other similar projects. Anyhow, hope to see you there.
