Hey all,
Have any of you every had a package be delivered to the wrong address? I bought a Celcius CTW off of ebay. It was shipped and tracking number sent to me. As I tracked it, I noticed it was going the wrong way. It ended up being delivered in Mount Prospect, IL. So I called USPS customer service who claims they had they right packing info and that its destination should have been PHX,AZ. How the heck does that happen? Both myself along with the seller have filed claims and have been getting the run around from USPS having to call a million different numbers a million different times. Finally they said they have to locate the exact courier to find out if he/she "remember where" and to what house they delivered they package because apparently the have no way of tracking to what address it was delivered. Even tho they know exactly at what time on what date the 17lb large package was delivered. Thank goodness it was insured, but the downside is ill probably only get what i paid, yet the package I bought is worth wayy more if i were to have received it correctly and sold it later on. No wonder they are going bankrupt. Hopefully it is located and sent otherwise the insurance claim cant be filed until 30 days after the package was "lost".
So beware when using USPS to ship anything of value and importance!! UPS all the way! Worth what you pay!
