Rundown Fiddlestix theme park New Airsoft Field?

I am friends with the land owner of the Fiddlestix Theme Park in Scottsdale/North Phoenix. The theme park was recently shutdown, abandoned, and vandalized by the employees before they left leaving us with a 130680 square foot post-apocalyptic theme park with 2 mini golf courses, 2 go-cart tracks, empty pools for bumper-boats, indoor arcades, batting cages, a full sized laser tag arena, etc...
(Think OLCMSS: Route 66 Tour at the Rockahoola water park in California) It will be fairly smaller than this but here's some examples

Airsoft GI - OP Route 66 Take that hill!
Airsoft GI - OPLCMSS Route 66 Airsoft Game at Abandoned Water Park

This most likely won't be 18+ so don't waste your time requesting that it be.

THIS IS SIMPLY AN INQUIRY AND HAS NO LEGITIMACY TO IT YET
so no info is available in terms of field regulations or parameters.

What would like to see/not like to see?

We are not sure if this is even possible in terms of zone regulations, but we are working on getting it approved.
