Well I for one had a great time. I feel real bad for the Regulators who showed up late and only got to play one game.  Sorry guys. . .Maybe next weekend?

Don't know why the other 2 ditched out on us right when the fighting was getting good. Unfortunatly it started a sleepy trend and we ended up calling it a day early.

I am personally glad we did not got to Sasco, it was hella Hot out there today.  Warmer than it has been in a while.  At least we got started at a reasonable time and were done before it got hot.

2 games 2 kills no deaths. . . Good day for me!

I got six kills but paid for it with two deaths.  We had a small issue with the alarm not actually waking anyone up at 4:10... that was a bummer.  One of my boys lost a standard too, and didn't have too much to show for it.  For Labor Day Saturday I'm surprised we didn't see a few more ATVs out there, but there was definately the right amount of traffic on the freeway.  BT looked a lot greener this time, and the bugs indicate they must have gotten some rain up there.  I came loaded out for some pistol charges (K + 4 Tauruses and my 1911), but the spot we played was better suited for stealth and range (I missed my M4).  Perhaps next time we could check out the other site a little further down the road, it's shadier but might have more bugs after the rain.  Anyways, nothin like wasting a few rounds early Saturday morning to kick off the weekend.

Your revolver only holds six rounds, but your fists never run out of ammo.

The game today was pretty good. I loved the communication that my team had during the first game. Nobody on our team got shot the first round and I credit that to our communication and patience... good job guys!

For the 2nd game, we played a king of the hill with three teams of three. It was a great idea, but started off slow. To speed up gameplay, I think that next time the respawn time should be instant instead of two minutes since I noticed that I played quite conservative because of the two minute respawn. I'm sorry that you guys who left decided to leave so early. HavHav said that you said that the game was slow and was getting boring, so you decided to leave. On our team, we had been talking about ending the game since it was slow, but decided not to since nobody else had said anything. We would have surely ended the game if somebody said something. ah well, no biggie. I was also told that one of you guys said that you got shot in the face by an AUG. I was the only one else with an AUG, but I don't remember getting either of you out that round. If I did shoot you in the face, I totally didn't mean to.

Also, I would like to say something:
HavHav... I noticed that this day of gaming and the last time we were at BT, you didn't bring any BBs. Do you even own any? I feel that it is rude to show up to a game without BBs and expect to get them from someone else. I mean, any of us would be there to spot someone some BBs during a long game or whatever, but to not bring any BBs two games in a row isn't too cool. If you are having trouble finding a good place to get BBs or need help with anything, let me know. I'll totally help you out, but I don't want to see you constantly showing up without your own equipment. I mean hey, while you order some BBs, you should order a new selector switch for your MP5 since you still don't have a new one.

I'm sorry that leaving early caused a "sleepy trend" I don't know how the action could have slowed down more than it was.  There was just to much camping and waiting to ambush people going for the objective, rather than an actually attacking the objective and winning the game.  My team continually tried to get the objective, but would get picked off from someone lying in some distant bush or would get ambushed no where near the objective, I'm sorry but did I miss the point of the game.

I have not been able to get out to Command Post latley, as I have no money to get BB's. I'll try and pick up some over the weekend. Last time you were there I just forgot my 200 BB's, and this time I was just plain out!

We should have! I'll try and bring a thing of it to the next game so the enemy is more of a problem than the bugs!

The only reason this game seemed "Slow" is because we did not have enough people. At the AA games with 20-30 some people, there is always someone wandering by to shoot.

I can say that my team and most of the Regulators were not camping, I saw at least 2 of the Regulators scouting around. The team I was on was constantly moving into the objective area. To be tactical we had to move slow though.

The sleepy trend was not in the action, as I stated there were several good gun fights after you guys left. The sleepy trend I mentioned was the fact that we decided to call it a day after that game was over. Some of us were going on very little sleep.

Sorry if we like to try not to get shot.

I thought that one played airsoft to be as realistic as possible, and most people do not want to get killed!  Or at least thats my impression...I could be wrong.  So most people are very careful on aproaches.  Running around until you are shot and waiting for your 2 min respawn time sounds more like paintball to me.  I pirde myself on not getting killed and there is time for stealth as well as time for aggression.  But Yes it can be very boring if no one tries to complete the objective as nothing happens.  So my suggestion is that if you felt like these games were not fun that maybe you should try some more like screwloose indicated at the AA game.  Or maybe you should look more closely at your tactics.  Good Luck out there and have fun!

On another note. . .

Anyone out there count how many bug bites they have?  I am past 30 now. I'm surprised I did not pass out from blood loss.
Next game I'm bringing some industrial strength insect repellant. Those things will be fleeing the state when they get a whiff of me.

screwlose, I think they already did flee the state when they got a whiff of you without the bug spray. HAHA just kidding. I'm surpised I didn't get any bites. I army crawled 40 yards through grass and mud. But there was alot of bugs. I'm glad it rained, it made BT more green and the ground was damp. Which made it easier to walk sliently through the woods. Also I enjoyed how cold it was the first game. I hope it is like that next weekend.

Bug bites? I just got some bumps from crawling through something that didn't appriciate my presence there, so I did my share of itching.
