I feel it is just more of a <b>lack of commitment</b>. If you say you are going to go, go! And be on time too. I'd rather not have gotten up at 0430 hours, myself. Geez, I can't tell you how bad I felt for Joey who drove all the way down from Prescott just to have it cancelled. I know I'd feel lousy if I drove to Prescott just to find out that I really didn't have to waste <i>my</i> gas.
Even if you are a minor, <b>be an adult about this!</b> If you make a committment, keep your committment. A lot of your fellow airsofters are relying on you. If you say you will be there, and something comes up last minute, <b>POST IT ON THE APPROPRIATE FORUM <i>AT LEAST</i> BY THE NIGHT BEFORE!!!</b> Those who are organizing it, can then have the opportunity to check it and make a determination whether or not it is still a 'go' and if not, make a couple of phone calls.
This is NOT rocket science, it is common courtesy (which is not so common anymore).
