Okay Cubbie asked me to make up and post the info i asked earlier cause his computer is being wiered.

Mission name: Operation Destroy and Recover

Mission type: Black Op. Recovery and destroy

Briefing:

According to our satellite Intel we have had a stealth bomber go down over the Grand Canyon. It was shot down by unknown forces, the cargo it was carrying has survived the crash but was taken to a remote enemy scud base near Red Rock Arizona. The enemy has made it apparent that they will do everything to not let us take back the cargo that the bomber was carrying.

Mission:

Delta Forces will be dropped off at roughly half a mile from the scud base.
Priorities of Mission:

1. Infiltrate Scud base at best location

2. Locate cargo and recover it

3. Plant your C4 bombs at structial locations(every building)at the weakest points(put it at a location on the building where the building would fall if it was a real bomb)

4. Make it out with your EOD specialist alive.  (if he/she does die the bomb is placed where S/he was killed and must remain there until S/he re-spawns)

5. Make it out before time runs out

Note: if time runs out Delta Force will have two minutes to gather wounded or equipment and evacuate the scud base. After this two minutes there will be a one-minute delay where two fighter jets will scope the area and then come around for an assault.

Rules of this simulation.

1. Code names must be used at all times

2. Age limit for this is going to be 15 but exceptions will be made if necessary(parent note would be nice)

3. Feet per second will be no more then 400

4. NO BLIND FIRING(If I see it you will be automatically killed and you will have to wait twice as long to re-spawn every time you die)

5. This is more cqb then out in the open but if you do have a sniper rifle shooting over 400 it will be allowed as long as you use a 50-ft no shooting zone.

This sim is set to start at 0600 be early.
if you arrive late you will be a charlie and defend the scud base.

Re-spawn and time limit for the game will be decided upon by how many people show up

if i missed anything let me know

Maybe you should think about moving the location to Tonapa..I know the ranch is getting a little redundant, but if we try sasco we might not have a game at all...sasco would be really nice though.

Just meh 2 cents.

Title: OCT 26 ( sat ) at 7am @ SASCO!
Post by: Cubbie on October 21, 2002, 05:21:18 PM
The secnario will be a mil-sim style engagement. NO BLIND FIRE! This is especially important in the CQB area where BB storms can quickly build up. Medics will be allowed along with the appropriate rules for them. Delta will need to have an EOD specialist that will carry the "bomb" when captured. The team needs to protect the EOD specialist. Delta will be on the attack, while the espionage team defends. Once Delta captures the prize, they need to make it back to the pick-up zone. Call surrender at less than 10 feet... please. Eye protection mandatory. Mask protection recommended. Respawn zones will always be 100 feet back from the line of engagement. Downtime for respawn will be anywhere from 2-5 minutes depending on how many people we have showing up.

Any questions? Did I leave something out? Please let me know.
