looks like i cant make it, I F-ed myself up snowboarding yesterday (Friday)[B)], got a concussion and broke my shoulder blade bone, had to spent a night at the hospital.  Hey, atleast I got a helicoptor ride....althought I don't remember a thing about it [:(]

Man, I wanted that prize too (.43g BB in da head), oh well, there's always next time, doctor said it'll take 6-8 weeks for my shoulder to get better, so that means I should be able to make it to the next week game [:)]

Good game all, except for the fact that Cub's car needs a new engine.  Did anyone notify the authorities?  After everyone left and we were waiting for a tow truck, a "sheriff" in a truck came up and yelled at us for airsofting, and told us we were on private property.  He had a 44 revolver in his lap, unholstered, pointed at us.  Thats not cool guys, not cool at all.

No it isn't, was this an actualy Department Vehicle? or just some numb-nutts in a pickup?

Reaver didn't you say origionally (several games back) that you had permision for useing the sasco area, or was that someone else? If so for future games might want to get it in writing to cover all bases. Would hate to loose the area before I get to play there!

I've talked to the DPS and sherrif and word is that is open land.  Paintballers are there all the time as well.  Some people also drive around the backside and target shoot against the cliff side.  In the multiple times we've played, we also have never had any law enforcement out there.  Frankly, I would have liked to have the guys badge number.  Something doesn't smell right about that. Scott what county is the Area in? If someone can go to the county Assesors Office they can pull up the plat maps that will tell you if it really is "public land."  It looks like it (from descriptions/ directions) is close to the county lines of pinal, Pima, and maybe gila from my map.  Also if the area is "State Trust" you must have a permit to be on it or you can be charged with tresspassing.

DPS and the local county mounty don't always know if land is private or public. Just because there isn't a fence or signs doesn't mean it is public. I'll do some searching but Doubt I will find the plat maps online in those counties.

The Badge number would have been nice, that way we could find out where his information comes from. Again from the pics I've seen the place looks killer would hate to loose it to airsoft before I get to play there, and if it is as killer as it looks the I DEFFINANTLY do not want to loose it.

It was a Pinal County Sheriff in a G.M. truck,we drove past him on the way out.so it would probably be in pinal county.
