Condor MOD Vest Thoughts, Opinons?

So, I'm a bit of a cheapskate, and I've been looking into the Condor MOD vest, which seems fairly decent for the price they're offering. I have little experience with chest rigs, so I've got no idea what to expect. Has anyone dealt with this vest before, and if so, is it worth the money?

I heard that they are comfortable..... I am not sure but I think evike Matt uses something like that..
