Replacement hop up chamber for CYMA mp5??

My second thread here... I'm trying to get all my gear together as I'm getting back into this sport..... I have a CYMA 041 mp5. The hopup adjustment is really lose. Cheap plastic. Stripped screw... You know... Typical chinese junk....

So. Does anyone know if they make aluminum hopup chambers for the CM 041? Or replacement hopup chambers at all? It's like there is no info out there for the CYMA 041. I can't even find out what kind of gearbox it has.

I've searched around and can't find anything specific. I don't know if its hopup chamber is shared with other CYMA models. Before I McGyver something up on my hopup I thought I'd ask....

Is it the type that the lower reciver slides out the rear, after you take out the two pins, or is it the type where you have to split the Upper reciver in half to get to the gear box?

Lower receiver slides strait back out of the upper. The upper is metal. Real easy to field strip.

yeah thos, honestly i have no idea where to get another i know the new echo1 mp5's use that same style. I think it might be An Ics type mp5 hopup ur lookin for. because there the originators of the "easy" mp5..

you cant just put a bigger screw in there?

That was my plan. A bigger screw. I might see if the hop up chamber is shared with any other CYMA models.

try looking for a hopup for the echo1 task force black series mp5.

Tho's are same exact thing as ur cyma

I'm back in Tucson with all my gear. Gunna get things ready this week so I'll be good to go for Red Sleigh Down. I can probably update how I fixed the hopup haha
