You want a good Cr123a cell lights thats going to last a long time, but run you $40-$100+?

Or one of those Tacticool walmart/WELL $5 clamp lights?

Home depot has 10 flashlights for 10 bucks right now. They are 25 lumens, so not extremely bright, but fine for just not losing your footing.  Add a 1'' scope ring, and you have yourself a $5 tacticool light.

What do you consider Affordable?

This is what I use with a 1" ring mount:

With Pressure Switch:

Easy!

2x http://www.lighthound.com/AW-RCR123a-Pr ... p_114.html
http://www.lighthound.com/Solarforce-PT ... _2472.html
http://www.lighthound.com/Solarforce-L2 ... _2629.html
http://www.lighthound.com/Ultrafire-WF- ... _2279.html
and
2x http://www.lighthound.com/15mm-Charging ... _p_25.html

$76.72 + shipping. Should get about 30 minutes to 1 hour of runtime (constant on). You can get the AW 18650 in 2200,2600, or 2900 maH, instead, if you want. I only suggest AW brand lithium-ion cells, as he is one of the most reputable dealers I know. Lighthound will also replace any defective batteries from AW.

You'll have to find 1" rail mounts, but those are easy to find, and cheap.

You can also use CR123 primary cells with the light, too, if desired.

If you have a Costco membership, they have a pack of three tac lights with three settings: 90 lumens, 110 lumens and strobe.  $20.  Fits perfectly in a 1" rail mount.  Gearbox may have a couple of those.
