Thought I would share this letter with all of you in regards to oiling/maintaining an AR-15.

As someone who has been using CLP for a few years now, it looks like I might be trying new things..... Thanks for the interesting article.

I'm going to try this out, it seems like an interesting way to clean your AR.

It's a lubricant made to operate in a high-heat, high-friction, piston-driven environment powered by near-explosive combustion and full of carbon fouling. Sounds like a gun to me.

You can use vagisil too. Anything slippery as long as you have enough of it.

I do have a lot of Vagisil lying around...
