I'm not sure how kindly someone would take you taking an un-expected stab at them with an imitation knife.... In my experience, "Knife kills" have been the equivalent of sneaking up and tapping someone on the shoulder.

Actually, I have been served differently when the person on the other side knew I was "in". Whether that be because I stopped at a place while in uniform, or I showed my ID to make a purchase or something. But I use "differently" in a very objective sense. Sometimes it's a good thing, some it's not so good. Although it's always been a pleasant surprise when someone says/does something nice to/for you when you're not expecting it...

I sleep from the point I sit down to the point that I stand up to get off, barring the exception that I didn't time my bladder accordingly. I fly way to much to care. The only complaint I have is my long legs and the lack of leg space; but again, sleep.

I love traveling internationally in Latin America though. They barely even blink an eye at a gun case. It's great.

I think what he was trying to say is that the absence of trespassing signs still doesn't mean you're not trespassing. Someone else's property is still someone else's property, and last I checked, that usually means you're not supposed to mess with it.

Also, "decently far from the road" is rarely an acceptable prerequisite for an AO (discounting authorized fields like APD, etc.) Usually "completely removed from any form of civilization for at least several miles" is preferred. Not saying it never happens, I'm just saying, in the context you've used it, it's probably not ideal....or legal.

But shoot, if it's possible to get permission to play there, in a safe environment, I would probably check it out....
