You know I've always joked with friends about pregaming before playing airsoft, but then who would drive to the AO.....?

Well, there's the "pregame" at Tempe paintball saturday from noon- then Fightertown that night..
I keep shooting for both on saturdays.

I believe we're talking about two different kinds of pregaming....

Now if we're talking about post game drinks, I usually like to go for a Starbucks.

Start out drinking mucho water, with a light food in your stomach. Sweat and take a break. THEN hit some Gatorade.
Snacks like bananna, yogurt and salty pretzels at half-way will keep ya going.
Remember: salt/sugars are your electrolytes, and potassium is important too.

This, I know I never get sufficient hydration regularly, so I force myself to start drinking enough water a few days before. If I know its gonna be a long game with little breaks I try to bring bananas, and if I need a boost, I bring Amp.

Prepare a day or two before, no sugar or junk food.

Get good carbohydrates; wheat grain cereal, spaghetti, or toast.
Drink more water.
Sleep.....optional.

Day of; get a good breakfast(bannana, toast, eggs(protein))
And drink water throughout.
And your good to go on one meal for the whole day!

Works for me!

Ok so I read your post but only afew others so dont freak out if someone already said this. When I have  the cash because this stuff isnt at walmart I get it. Its good for you and it tastes awesome, but it honestly gives you energy. They also have powders you can put in water for Post/Pre workout (or game in your case). You will need to find a local rep or just buy it online. But yeah its the shit is all i can say :)

Or you can just drink a lot of water and get sleep and have actual, natural energy....... Nothing with that many random chemicals and additives is gonna be "good for you."
