Any interest in a multiple day game?

Hio guys!
Well, its getting colder out! And that means its game time!

I was looking into the logistics of hosting a multiple day game, and while I am still working on the details, wanted to gauge any interest in such an event.

Ideally, this would be an arrive friday, setup and hangout, then begin in the AM on sat. early. Play for the day, offer a night scenario, and then have a concluding event on sunday, and let everyone get out of there by 1pm or so.

Arrive saturday and play is an option as well.


Two teams, historical-ish scenarios.

I was thinking along the lines of the desert raids of WW2, in a more modern setting. IF I can find a good 1950's desert scenario (Historical) I would use that.

Focus on teams keeping there areas down, and moving with a plan, rather than sgww shootfest.

I have a lot of heart, and a ton of ideas, but, it is just spitballing at this point/

So......camping/mil-banger?

Anyone interested?

Sounds really interesting.  I've always wanted to do something like this but found that most people like to rush into the game and then get bored after a few hours..

Its building in my head as I go haha.
Looking into a few sites, have one in mind, but, depends on props/legality.

I would be interested in doing something like that, I would bring at least one other person as well, though I'm sure at least four of my teammates would go.  Would this be the type of game discussed in the "why i love/hate milsim" thread?  I don't know specifically what you are planning but my brother and I are interested in a 24 hour ops type game.  I've been thinking of planning one.  We love playing at night, especially with a full moon.  Our team camps up on the rim about twice a year for three days, we play all day and several night games as well.

I am trying to go for a 24hr game with restricted fire hours, actual objectives, actual (Time and game) consequences for failure, and honestly, some camping.

I am scoping out a few sites this weekend.

I will be honest though. This is all coming out of my personal idea of a game that would draw me in, that I wanted to play. So instead of just bitching, I decided I would do my own. Already started building the admin board, still looking, and looking for a solid site.

Ideas are flowing, lets get this going haha.

Well I like too see an event that would last for like 3 to 5 days. I know it be awhile till we can pull off large events like eastwind.

I'm all in!  If you want any help with administration or setup, let me know.  I don't have my old trusty workhorse F150 anymore (rest her soul) but I have a strong set of arms and a good brain for tactics!

I have moved to Glendale Az from Iowa just recently and am looking for milsim type of games.  The idea here would fall inline with what I like to play.  Not really interested in the pray and spray games.
