One of the core components of a polished airsoft team is solid tactical knowledge. I looked around, and didn't find a lot of references to this particular resource, so here it is.
This is a US Army Field Manual outlining squad and platoon battle drills for optimum response to any engagement situation. They're relatively cut-and-dried, but, when used creatively by a good commander, they're shockingly effective in large skirmishes - much better than direct frontal assaults that can quickly degenerate into something resembling trench warfare.
I know I'm a noob in the forum, and don't have too many years of airsoft under my belt, but I didn't make this up, and I've seen a randomly-formed team briefed only minutely on several of these drills tear apart a larger team.
