If you mean the chest rig, like I said before it appears to have been LBT all along.

If you mean my Camel Tan Omega Riflemans vest, no offense taken. I am well aware of its quality, and it surpasses my standards for gear. NO airsofter is too good for BHI as far as durability goes! Some may not like it for one reason or another, but when it comes down to flat-out durability, even the most hardcore airsofter will never put higher-end gear to its limits. Some may say, "yeah but its BHI". I don't really care. If it works for SEALs, SF, et al, its MORE than good enough for airsoft. In the end it all comes down to what brand is sexier, and what your personal preferneces are. Just like the rest of the retail industry, it's a name game folks!

Personal Preference: to each his own!

As for that plate carrier, it is most likely BHI. I said "might" due to the fact that Eagle made some apparently similar gear before BHI even developed its STRIKE line. Due to its current availability and popularity, my guess is that it is BHI. Hell, I have even seen STRIKE pouches worn on Interceptors on the cover of weekly periodicals such as TIME, Newsweek, etc. Whether some like it or not the stuff is everywhere. Sure BHI is fun to bash, and I do sometimes also. I was talking with a fellow airsofter not too long ago and he sadi something to this effect: "Yeah, I don't usually care for BHI, but if I were in the Armed Forces, and was called for deployment, the odds are that alot of my gear would be BHI." It doesn't matter who said it, what matters is that if you don't like a brand, let it be for their apparent lack of quality from your OWN experience, not because it is either cool to put them down or because you don't like the way they run their business. Ethical issues are one thing, but let the gear manufacturers make the gear the best way they see fit. I have no axe to grind. If I can get a rig made in India that is up to par with every other brand out there, and is up to my standards that will be significantly less expensive than others, I will buy it. As long as I am a poor college student taking 15 credit hours and not working, my money matters.

Now if you will excuse me, I have some Paraclete pouches to buy![8D]

Well said. I was talking about your Omega vest. Yes, sometimes it is fun to bash BHI just for the fun of it. Like you said, it all comes down to your style, and your preference. No airsofter actually needs the durability of the gear we buy, it's not like our lives depend on it. Good call on those Paraclete pouches [8D]

See the paracord loop on the mag?

He could have lost the plug for the bottom of his grip, or it could have gotten loose and he's keeping batteries or a cleaning kit in there.

The only thing I'm going to ask is which federal agency do those guys work for...

Forget it, I'm dressing like the middle guy for RO. He's got tri-colors on...
I got eature on the forums and NOTHING SIMILAR to your inquiry is present within a large time frame, or 2)your question deals with some sort of TROUBLE you are having in regards to a specific gun, or if you want some help on upgrading a specific gun. The ONLY time play area makes a difference is if you are playing CQB games and field games, in which case you might like to have two guns, but even at that, you can look at the freakin length numbers available on any number of retailer's websites.

As far as inquiries outside of performance (ie look, feel)... You can get a good idea of the look of the gun from pictures. As far as feel goes, go to a game and handle someone's (of course after they agree to it). Some guns do have a plasticky feel to them, but any good review will have that sort of info. Absolute worst case and no reviews are available, make a thread about the feel of a certain gun (make sure you ask in terms of specifics - ie, does it creak?, is it plasticky?, how does it compare to the real thing?, etc.). I am by NO MEANS encouraging you to start posting threads about each and every single gun you think you like. First, look for reviews on the internet, then, try to hold one, then if you still feel clueless, post, but do so in an intelligble fashion and don't give people crap just because the advice you get isn't what you want. But above all, wait until you're 18. The reasons for this are myriad - do a search for it if you want it more indepth - but the biggest issue is A)it is ILLEGAL for you to purchase an airsoft gun until then and B)minors who play stupidly (ie trespassing, within city limits, in neighborhoods, not notifying authorities, in parks, the list goes on and on...) WILL be the end of airsoft for EVERYONE.
