Please make sure to send a pm with your uniform and weapon.  Don't forget to make a reservation for the carpool by email or telephone.

As for team selection -
Any Green Uniform - Mexican Military
Civilian Clothes/Urban/MultiCam/Not Green or Tan = Drug Cartels
Tan Desert - Anti Corruption Forces

For those who haven't played at one of our scenario games before, don't worry to much about the story line.  Team leaders will send you on plenty of raids and ambushes.  Just remember to bring enough water. Most missions are at least an hour long without a break.

Either tan or green. Probably green.

Green/Woodland - Mexican Military Forces

Tan/Desert - Mexican Federal Anti Drug Forces

Well its not like you pay 20 bucks and just go in the desert and shoot at eachother, like a backyard skirmish. Its a series of interesting scenerios, and I bet alot of time is put into it. Its preety organized.

Can someone answer this, can you have a sniper rifle thats 500fps???  I'ved read the airsoft arizona rules before like a yr ago, and they said the max is 500fps for sniper rifles.  Thats if you are like 30 meters away, hence the sniper action...
Someone please because I want a gas sniper rifle, but I don't want it if I can't use it in games....
65 feet away
so can I use my gun....?
WHOOT WHOOT SNIPeING

500 fps with what weight BB?  The bb weight makes a lot of difference.

Events at SWPB follow all Lionclaws Series rules.

Sniper Chrono:

SNIPER CHRONO
3-1.4 All sniper weapons will be chronographed using .34 gram BBs (8mm) or .36 gram BBs.

3-1.5 Using .34g (8mm) BBs:

OK < 448 fps
Caution 448 - 460 fps
NO GO > 460 fps

3-1.6 Using .36 gram (6mm) BBs.
OK < 436 fps
Caution 436 - 447fps
NO GO > 447 fps

MINIMUM ENGAGEMENT DISTANCE is 100 FEET

Most of the fields at SWPB do not lend themselves to the safe use of sniper weapons.  Accordingly, generally to use a sniper weapon one must have attended the Marauders Sniper Training in order to use a sniper weapon at Marauders events.

For those who have not submitted their team of choice, please consider playing on the cartel side.  Fuerzas Armadas De Mexico (Mexican Military) and SADO Special Anti Drug Operations have pretty much filled up.

If you already emailed me, please don't change uniforms.

Any additional questions should be sent via pm.

Specialized game rules will be sent via email or pm by the end of the week.

Hey Doc, why not use the AA rules for sniper weapons?  Chronoed with .20s, must be under 500 fps.  Seems a little more simple, and maybe a little more safe.

And yeah, most of the fields at SWPB really aren't sniper-friendly.  The town for example, by the time you see your enemy, chances are you're too close to use your weapon anyway.

We use Lionclaws series rules for a number of reasons.

The LC rules have a lot of technical research and expert contribution built into them.  Marauders travel to most of the Lionclaws series ops and its nice to have consistency.
