It doesn't seem to for me....  I just tried it with this post.

It DOES take you to a preview rather then just submitting it, but that's still only two clicks.

Oh I thought you were talking about how you ahd to click 15 times.. as for the click to preview and then click to post.. Yea just have to suck it up.
