I own it, it's pretty fun. It's a lot more difficult than Rogue Spear or Rainbow Six.

Speaking of the weapons.. I was glad that they finally started showing them on screen in the rainbow series. The pistol animations are great.

Yeah. I wish you could add multipule addons to your weapon instead of just 1. I also wish there was rapelling and extraction. I dont know about the modibility of it, but I sure hope there is a way to make custom characters and weapons.

Eh, im really starting to like Americas Army 2. The m4 SOPMOD is great. And if you have alot of honor pts, you can get stuff like VSS "Vintorez"'s and AK74's etc. Oh and the favorite Special Purpose Rifle.

...you always play as SF. You see the other team as OpFor. So you always have the M4/M16/M203/M249/M82/M24/AT4/SPR. No matter how many honor points you have, you will always have one of those weapons. You have to kill an enemy with that weapon and pick it up to use it. Back to RS3. Once the SDK is released, modding will be insane! New skins, weapons, maps, gear, characters, accessories to add to your weapon, more ammo types, more grenades, armor levels, etc. Can't Wait!

Yeah, that will be nice.  I would like to have a few more weapons.  Sigs would be nice, as well as a bigger variety of pistols.

I have the Xbox version of RS3, which is probably cut down ALOT from the PC version, but I still have a great time playing it. Xbox Live is a plus!

Well actualy matt(HavHav) In certain maps ive played where you spawn with guns such as a RPG or a ak74 sniper of some sort and even a VSS. But you actualy dont always play as SF. Only the maps with the letters SF in front of them are sf where you can use a m4 SOPMOD. Other maps have you use a m4/m16 or m249 etc. Some maps give you a m4 with a reflex on it standard.

Actually, Rainbow Six 3 for X-Box is practically a completely different game from RS3: Raven Shield for PC. In the X-Box version, you only get Chavez, Weber, Louiselle, and Prince. All of the character models are vastly improved, the AI is much better, and there is no planning phase. There's voice control, and you can order your team to do a ton of different things. Also, in case you haven't noticed, it doesn't have the Raven Shield designation, so other than weapon models, I'm not sure what's the same, other than the story.

Yeah, I wondered about how it didn't designate it as Raven Shield, so I figured it was probably a lot different, in which PC games that go to Xbox usually are.

Well at least for the X-box they gave us the G36C [8D] instead of only k variant.

At least you will be able to use an SDK to mod everything with the PC version! :P
