Ace, chill out, eh? The best advice would be to go to a couple of games, ask politely to see someone else's gun, and see how it feels. Then, you can make an informed choice about which platform you like. Funny thing is, once you get most of us talking airsoft, it's hard to stop us. Talk brands and internals with some more experienced players and they'll prove to be a wealth of knowledge.

My advice on the gun? KWA AEGs are overpriced and full of AIDS, as nukeduster said. If I were you, I would get something like a JG G36C or a CYMA AK. Stay away from Chinese made v2 guns (M4). I've seen a couple take a crap on the field, one brand new.
