Gripod (Real not fake) actually durable?

Limited room on my SAW RIS has me looking at gripods. Are they worth it? Hearing a lot of complaints even with the authentic steel reinforced legs.

Buddy has a real steel Fab Defense T-Pod on his real steel scar-17 and likes it. Otherwise, they're kind of weak from what I've experienced.

Yes, I have 4. My wife and each use on our AR-15's. I have one on my airball SAW. The other. Is for Real training.

I've been using the non-reinforced version for a few years now on my CA249 and CQB-R, I haven't had any durability issues with it.
