Gas Powered Guns / KWA G19 front sight...

I was up at BT for the Good Friday game, and sometime during play the front sight of my KWA g19 GBB fell off...I couldn't find it amongst my gear, and retracing my steps produced nothing as well...so, what should i do??? i don't want my gun to be a front-sightless-freak, so do i HAVE to buy another metal slide/barrel (which comes with both sights and a few other little bits)

? I sure hope somebody knows where i can get a g19 front sight, or at least knows some alternative to one so my gun will look and aim like it should...

Site Suggestions / 'recommendations' section 'needs' small revision

hey all,

I was just muddling around the site and I came upon the recommendations section...When you get all the way down the the clothing part, it goes into suggestions for boots. It says if you are only getting one pair, then you should get black because it looks good with woodland and desert. But have you guys seen the new MARPAT(Marine Pattern) camo??? Every Marine in every pic I have ever seen of a Marine in MARPAT has the tan boots...now tell me that doesn't look AWESOME!!! I'll tell you what...tan boots look great with desert of course...but I think they look REALLY cool with woodland too(i'm not saying they are the same pattern, but marpat is comparable to woodland in that it uses the same general colors like green and dark brown and light brown)...I just thought this could maybe make it onto the recommendation as a side note...just a small shout-out to our hard-charging devildogs kinda thing...I can't get over how impressive they look in their MARPAT...not unrelated to that is the issue of the helmet cover...marines over is Iraq right now are mixing tan boots and desert helmet covers with their woodland marpat BDU's.

I know Arizona is not host to the coldest of cold seasons, but it does get considerably cold up at BT in the winter months...I have experienced gun problems that I know are caused by the cold temperatures...(especially my GBB...) I know why the problems are happening, but I would also like to know how to prevent(or at least lessen) these problems...does anybody have any tried-and-true methods for playing with optimal gun performance in cold weather??

Hi all,

I'm going to start as a freshman at U of A, fall of 2004...I don't really know anybody down there, and I have no sense for how strong(or weak) the airsoft community is there. I just wanted to hear from Tucson area people what it was like, and also just so I can get a kind of general head count. For airsoft down there, is it always a far drive to a good field?...are there many players down there?...And lastly(I admit this is a bit of a lazy question) what fields are in that area?

Hey guys...sorry i didn't get this post out earlier but here it is. The game is on the 2nd and carries over to the 3rd. It will be located at Bushnell, and the games will start at approx. 6:00P. We are going to have a grill going and we'll set up tents near the field. After everybody has had their fill of night games, we'll retire to our tents and sleeping bags. In the morning we'll grill up some breakfast and play some day games...Again sorry for the short notice...We need some more to come, we have about 7 comming now...post here so i can get a roll call.

AEG's / lasers on AEG's

Hey guys...after playing a few night games at the midnight cookout we just had, i have realized the importance of a laser mounted to my weapons...as some of you know, i have a CA M15A4 Carbine and a Glock G19 GBB...I am not looking to put a laser on my sidearm just yet, but I do want to put one on my carbine...i don't want to put an RIS foregrip on it though...i have seen the barrel mounting rings at a few retailer's sites...they look like a great alternative...i was wondering if you guys had an opinion on the barrel mounted clips for the lasers and i would also like to know which lasers are better than others and which you all suggest...

Hi all...i have had my carbine for a while now and i really want to put a better spring in it to get it up to 400FPS...i would also like to put some of that wonderful m1 grease in there...i luv that stuff...anyway...i am not familiar with the disassembly process for the m4...i have taklen apart my m16a2 many times so i know how to do it for the armalite series and i know about the gearbox i just need to know how to take the retractable stock off ...thanks...l8r...

I am selling a Tokyo Marui M16A2 that is upgraded to shoot at 397fps...I have installed a CA 170% spring(equivilent to m120) and CA metal oiless bushings...the package comes with 5, yes 5 standard mags...and 2 batteries...both 9.6v...one is 1500mah and the other is 1800mah!...this whole package is going for $320 right now...the party i recieved that offer from has informed me that it will take a while for him to complete the transaction...so, i am keeping my options open...email me at littlepeterbird@hotmail.com to see pic. Also...i have 3 more hicap mags...i would be willing to add them to the package for $20 each...

Hello, I have been playing airsoft for a while now and i am confident that i know what i am doing out on the field. I don't, however, know anybody who plays airsoft that belongs to AA and is 25...I was wondering if there was anyway to meet some people to see if they might consider sponsoring me. How could I get in touch with someone who might be open to meeting me and determining if they would sponsor me or not? Is there some way I could play a non-AA game of some sort to meet some AA people who might consider sponsoring me if they saw me play? Or, is it the kinda thing where you just have to know somebody and if you don't then tuff luck?

hi, i discovered AA a little while ago and i have a question...i have been playing airsoft for a little bit(i own a TM M16A2), however, i still consider myself a newbie. i am 15 years of age and a junior at Hamilton High School. I would love to play at the next match but i am not in a team and i don't know whether there are age regulations, and if so, then can they be overturned by a parent's consent? I'd really like to play so can you help me out? I am turning 16 at the end of Sep. if i can't play now...could i play when i am 16...(the reason i have these questions is because the rules page is a little confusing about this issue)thanks, bye.
