I'm trying to think of ways I could do that. A real deal CIRAS is like $600 and maybe if I spent a lot of money on superfluous pouches I could get up to $1000. Maybe if I bought real deal set of Level IV plates, I could shoot it up to $3000+.

Most of us probally started there with the jeans and a bdu top but just don't want to aknowledge it  :lol:

Once you determine that this is something you want to be involved in, it would serve you to get a basic uniform and gear.  It can only cost $100 to $200 on the very low end of things to get started, then you can build from there.
