or just dont call your hits that works for some people also!!

Same effect, but it pisses everyone off.

I have the same little red shop rag everyone else does.  I just tuck it under my cap if I get hit.

That, or I walk in a manner to suggest I am no longer in the game - ie hands or rifle over my head.  If I forget my red rag that day, this seems to work fine.

I also make it a point to NOT move around alot where theres a firefight if I'm hit.  I f*cking HATE it when dead guys are roaming around the field in the middle of a battle.  If you get hit in action, stay put until it subsides a bit.

I remember the first time we played at 4 peaks I crossed the river and made my way up that plateu that overlooks the AO.  I waited as one of the badguys came along and sniped him....he then got on his radio and announced that he was dead and coming down....well guess what...they sent up a few guys after me.  If your dead, don't call your team...you might as well say, "Hey, there's a few guys up here in ghilles.... come get them."  So much for the element of suprise.

I thought there used to be a rule that you were not to get up during a heavy battle if you were dead.  Because this causes too much confusion.  If your killed in a firefight, lay were you are killed with your death rag over your head. You stay there untill the fight subsides, moves on or ends.  This is were I think the rag comes in most handy, otherwise it is hard to raise your hands while your laying on the ground.  :)

By doing this, it not only adds to the death sences, but it also prevents dead people from walking through a battlefield.

I always tell people its fun to act out a death - if you can.  If its a heavy firefight it might be best to get out of there as soon as possible (fast).  If you think you need to lay dead for a few moments to get clear of the fighting then do it, but make yourself invisible as quickly as you can.  Roaming dead can be terribly annoying.

Ok...just shoot them till they bleed.  Then a death rag will not be nessasary.   (I am kidding)

I vote that a red rag is required for participation in a game....it IS part of your uniform...if you dont bring your goggles you cant play....it should be the same for the rag.  I will try to keep extras in my truck.

It was once believed that Chuck Norris actually lost a fight to a
pirate, but that is a lie, created by Chuck Norris himself to lure more pirates to him. Pirates never were very smart.

In the past games I have taken a bundle of red shop rags and sold them to anyone without a rag for $2.00 . A little expensive for 1 shop rag but they tend to remember their death rag the next game.

Nothing better than getting ripped off to make you remember something.

Taz, bring a rag for me at the Jomax game, and I'll happily buy one. Chalk it up to the Green Defense Fund for the purpose of buying a new M60 piston. :)
