We were always off doing something sneaky. Too far into the fight to get pictures of us.

Or showing up late to an ambush. That's Red 2! Never know when or were we'll show up.

Or -IF-.

I did not care for the website.

It insists upon itself.

Just like The Godfather, eh, Peter?

Oh yes. Can't wait for this operation now that RED2's coming back together. I'll be bringing a new recruit into it, but I'm sure he'll have some fun and do fine.

Are those team/camo sets on the site the official colors and teams?

I need to get me a set and such before the event! As does my buddy.

I once saw azsarge take the CT AT-4 for a test drive. There was no armor around, so, we just waited.

A HMMWV pulled up and he blew it up and pissed on the burning wreckage while screaming 'ALWAYS LEAVE THINGS THE WAY YOU FOUND EM!'

That's feckin' awesome, sir.

I don't think I need a replacement quite yet. I'd rather build up a little than completely replace.

Yes, yes, RIS = No no, I know that xP I just needed a gun to start out with, and that was in stock. But, thankya much for these sites! At some point of time I'll try to blend more into the part of a russian soldier, but, currently, I'm only trying to get some guns up and going.

Well that was the next step on that "anti armor" thing I was thinking of. Picking up one of those wicked sweet AT4s and carrying around a smaller gun to lighten the load. Still, it's a tough decision. I really like the idea of carrying around some sort of LMG, but the main point is: I have 1 gun, and I'm nailed to the role of rifleman. I'd like some options!

I currently carry around an Echo1 AK-47 RIS, and I'm starting to think of another guy to add. I'd like to stick to soviet bloc weapons or variants, but, I'm not overly picky. I was thinking of either a support weapon, like an RPK or some such, or a smaller AK74s Spetz Beta or something. If i went the "little gun" route, I might think about building up an anti-armor kit for the bigger games with actual armor in them, like the slightly-recent Red Dagger, and if I went the big gun route, well, that's self explanatory. I'm just not a fan of playing as a sniper or sharpshooter.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated. It's a hard decision for me to make, to be honest.

I'll see if I can make it. Haven't played in months and I'm tired of my beer gut.

Count me in for greenies.

Aw, I missed the paintball hating session. Ah well.

I used to play speed and Xball a ton. it's a different animal. It's like saying rugby and soccer are alike. I enjoy airsoft more now because it's so much more laid back, and isn't so much a "sport" as it is a "hobby." I like hobbies a lot more than sports. Especially if that sport becomes your job. I started airsoft because it looked fun, and lo and behold, it was. I left paintball because I was simply tired of the cutthroat competition of the game. Paintballers have egos, big ones, and I enjoy the community so much more in this game. Sure, the guns don't look like real guns, because they were made to win games, not play them. And I will say one thing, there are tactics in speedball. I know, it sounds ridiculous, but, these tactics are not "traditional." Most of the tactics in a speedball match come from the break, or very start of the game, and more from who to shoot and how to get the angle to shoot them. Airsoft uses more realistic tactics that I'd expect to see in an actual battle, not a sports game, but don't get me wrong, I adore airsoft so much more than speedball/Xball.

Thought I'd throw my two cents in there.

Oh, and, people who skew the rules of the game in their favor, that grinds my gears.

Hope you can come back around that time, Austin. I think Red 2 needs to team up again, and have a good amount of shenanigans again. That was easily the most fun I've had in a very, very long time.

Red 2's biggest heroes were our SAW gunners. I love you madmen!

Oh, and the guys who came to save me when I was cut off after the ambush. I was all lonely and stuff. not to mention sweatin' bullets when those humvees were rolling around close to me in my open field.
