AEG's / Lipo Charging
« on: May 02, 2016, 06:14:40 PM »
About a year ago I bought 2 11.1v 2000 mAH 3 stick lipo batteries wired to deans for one of my only dean wired guns. I rarely used them until about a week ago I decide to shoot some beer cans because I was bored as hell. The battery started to weaken so I decided to charge it so it wouldn't drain out and die but when I plugged it in, the charger said input volt error so I set it up to charge as an NiMH battery. 30 minutes later I came back and one of the sticks expanded so I set it outside in some rocks in case it decides to blow up. So now I'm back at square one, I have one battery left and I tried to balance it and again the charger reads input volt error, I'm not trying to go out from an airsoft battery. Does anybody know what I'm doing wrong and how the heck I can charge these things. I'm using an Imax B6 and plugging the white charging cord in as well, the charger is set on lipo balance and my settings are 3c 11.1v and 1.2cs

General Airsoft Game Discussion / Re: Looking for AO fields
« on: December 03, 2015, 08:47:23 PM »
Most events are day games, the main AOs that aren't public fields are held in the Tonto National Forest in areas up along the 87 highway or down off the road in between Phoenix and Tucson. There is usually one or two games every month or two that will be posted here along with directions.

EDIT: Freaking tits you found out how to get the corrdinates right after I wrote that whole paragraph about it. Anyways is it possible for a Humvee to access in the AO the satellite map of your area is trash and hard to tell wothers 2D. If there is an multi-day OP upcoming here in March my buddy has a AM General Humvee from the 1990s we have been working on outfitting with plexi-glass windows and a few guns. I feel it would be nice addition in a milsim game.

IT A MIXTURE OF DESSERT AND SMALL PINE TREES BUT I CANT FIND THE LONGITUDE AND LATITUDE OF THE LAND BUT IF YOU GO TO COCONINO PARCEL VIEWER THEN LOOK UP 20535054 IT SHOULD SEND YOU RIGHT TO THE LAND THEN YOU CAN VIEW IT ON BING MAPS (SORRY THAT'S THE BEST I COULD FOR NOW)

I'm pretty sure if you find the location on Google maps or Google Earth you can double click it and it will mark it with a pin and you can see the coordinates on a side bar, If I find them I'll post them up.

Just a quick question are smokes grenades ok? I have some of the Endola Gaye EG18 smokes, they're cold burning but I know they have managed to catch on fire especially in the summer season.

Can you please post the location of the AO? I know there is a meeting place, but I'd still like to know where exactly we will be playing.

The coordinates are: 33.6234560, -111.4481290 if you have a smaller car or just want a smoother ride take the Cline Cabin Road route.

EDIT: +1 for Multicam possibly 1-2 more for either Tan or Green. I should have definite numbers this week.

Who exactly is this addressed to, I understand and share your frustration I'm still in High School and like playing on the weekdays especially now that my football season is over. I believe the community would grow a lot bigger if more local fields with weekday hours were put up but it seems like nobody has the time or resources and money to put new fields up. I don't think owning an local airsoft business is really a lucrative business opportunity more so something you do through your heart because you enjoy it. Regular pick-up games at local fields have always been trash in my opinion save Fightertown anyways.

I've used it a few times on a football wrist coach it's good, only when you have service which doesn't happen all the time.

There is a s**t ton of sand piles and I believe bags as well to help prepare for the monsoon season floating around my neighborhood streets. I'm sure if you asked some people around where you live they might have some. I could even attempt to bring some up to SASCO if this is actually going to happen, also awhile back I heard MSW was a possibly here but no-one really took any more action to follow up sadly.

Despite the fact that this is a Necro Post I've been waiting for someone to finally do these in Arizona, I never really felt like driving 2 hours or so for a 6 hour game and back was worth it. I'm 16 and I've been to a few 3-4 day ops in Utah and Alaska and it was some of the coolest things I've experienced. Granted they had all the logistics and funding figured out but there is definitely an interest or so I think.
