Title: Event practice

Hay guys my name is Osvaldo and my team and I are trying to host a muiti day (fee!!)event for you guys but I need to practice with a large group of players. I need to see if the way I'm thinking of making it will acutally work. We are going to hold the practice by Phoenix International Raceway in Avondale. There is some B&M land there that we have played there many times with no problem (as long as we don't trash the place) and we have had contact with the athorities and they know we play there. Any help will be appreciated. The date is set for 01/24/2016 for the practice run. You guys can ask any questions here or PM me thanks.
