Barrel question.
« on: December 10, 2006, 10:22:16 PM »
I have a Classic army CQB with a G&G 100mm silencer on it, i want to know if it can fit a 363mm barrel in it. The stock barrel is 280mm, but I am not exactly sure if it will fit, I know it sounds stupid because the silencer is 100mm and theoretically it should fit, but i wanted to see if anyone else had this done.

Well, an MC51 barrel goes to the end of the threads, not the flash hider, so, uh, find the length of an MC51 barrel, then measure the length of the threads, subtract it from the length of the suppressor, and add that result to the length of the MC51, which should yield the amount of length you have when the suppressor is attached.

But pilz sucks at math, and every other subject at school.

Take into account how much the suppressor overlaps the flash hider/barrel too.
