make sure that the tappet can move freely in its guides. Or if you can afford it i would just buy a new nozzle and tappet so it would only have to be  taken apart once.
bet you mofo's wish your sig could do this. haha

Why would I need a new nozzle and a tappet plate? Could you provide links of where I can purchase one?

it is easier to slap parts into something than it is to verify them one at a time. My hunch is that it needs a tappet.

i bet the shiming is off. if the sector gear is to high in the box it will contact the tappet and it will be stiff. if thats not it then check the fit between the nozel and head, actualy check that first.if you are still haveing probs give me a call and ill come take a look at it. at least if your in phx, otherwise we will have to meet up somewhere. ive been playing with the p90 gearboxes for 9yrs or so. the last thing it could be is the tappet being to wide. to check that you just pop out the gears leave the spring in (tappet, not piston), put the box back together with the motor, push it back and forth and see if there is any binding. i dont think there will though.
you can reach me at: 602-446-2280
hope this helps.

Thank you so much Spazz, I am moving this week and have little to no time to work on my guns. As soon as I get a decent amount of down time I will try everything you just mentioned. I was thinking it might be the shimming as well but i don't want to buy it online because of the shipping cost. Do you think Gearbox has any?

Yes, shims. I will call them when I have time. Quick off-topic question, what is dean wiring? I have heard it is a lot better and does not blow the fuse as much.

it is a less resistive wiring plug that can handle higher amperage. If you rewire your p90 it is a good connector choice or tamiya. The fuse part is bs because the tamiya has higher resistance eg higher voltage drop across, leading to less amperage for the motor and fuse.

So how would I come about wiring like this? Possible videos or tutorials on how to install?

If you have to ask how to install wires, you probably don't have the necessary skills to do so.  That said, you are asking about wiring and icorus16666 is talking about connectors.  W.S. Deans Company (or more commonly just "Deans") makes wiring and a couple of different types of connectors.

Most commonly when people say their gun is wired for Dean's they mean it has Dean's Ultra Connectors (AKA T Plugs) installed.  Ultra connectors are available at Gearbox and most hobby shops.  Dean's Wiring (aka "Wet Noodle") is high quality 16awg low resistance wiring available at most hobby stores.  It's quite a bit better wiring then what's used in most airsoft guns but it's thicker than normal 16awg wiring so it will not fit in all guns.  Dean's Micro connectors are often used in AEP's and MOSFETs where a larger plug is not needed or possible.  Micro connectors are available at some hobby shops.  If you aren't able to find them locally, they are all available on Amazon.  I would recommend against eBay due to the large quantities of inferior chinese copies being sold on there.

Installing any of the above products in your gun is pretty straight forward as long as you know how to solder.  If you know how to solder, it should be pretty obvious looking at your existing gun what you need to do.  If you do not know how to solder, take your gun to Gearbox and they can install the plugs for you for a reasonable cost.

Thank you so much for all the help, are there batteries wired to deans? Or would I have to buy a regular battery and convert it to deans myself? I own a solder and my dad explained to me how to properly use it.  I did find the wiring at a local hobby store. The wiring was 7.95(WSD1402 Silicone wire) and the male connector was 8.95. Does this sound reasonable?

It's pretty rare to find new batteries pre wired with actual Dean's connectors.  Gearbox often has some LiPo's with Dean's on them and G&P makes batteries with T-Connectors which are compatible with Dean's but of lower quality.

As far as the prices go, depends how much wire you got but the $8.95 is REALLY high for a single male connector.

What is a good price for the connectors? There is 12ft of wiring for that price.

Under $4 for a male/female set or two males.  Under $6 for a set of 4 females.  Gearbox includes installation in their price.
