Classic army SCAR L

Hey guys, I  have a classic army SCAR L and my outer barrel assembly completely fell out of the upper receiver a few days ago. There doesn't appear to be any screws missing or anything like that. If anybody can help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

theres a set screw located under, the Front lower ris rail. tighten er up

under as in i have to take the lower rail off? because i did have not found any set skrews.
