I think that perfectly explains my rationale that age doesn't matter (14 or above), maturity is really what to look for.

It says "a man."  That is not used to describe a minor.

All this still doesn't change the legal age definition of a minor...no matter how irresponsible an adult it.  The law is cut and dry about that...

Either way I still hear a lot of incidents involving minors, I agree that not all minors are reckless but I choose not to aisoft with them to be on the safe side.

While I agree that not all minors are horribly immature when it comes to something potentially dangerous like airsoft, I think that adopting a policy instead of working on a case by case basis is a much more practical way of doing things. Assuming the law wasn't an issue, I still doubt AA has the resources to interview and evaluate every 14 year old that comes by to make sure that they won't cause trouble.
