Title: How do I post here and how does it work?

Send me a PM detailing what goods/services you offer.  As long as you can show you are a dealer (meaning have a wholesaler account somewhere), manufacturer (meaning you are selling custom goods) or an established tech, you will be granted access to this board.  Only members of the above categories can post in this section.  Regular members can only read the posts in this section, not reply.  This allows you to post you goods without it getting lost in the clutter.  In addition, the normal 1 week bump rule doesn't apply (within reason).
