AIRSOFT GI IS SCREWING ME OVER?
« on: April 14, 2011, 05:45:47 PM »
ok so i decided to get the pws diablo and it was on preorder so i thought that on preorder it cant go out of stock right? i was wrong, and now apparently they dont know when theyll restock the diablo again. what does airsoft gi do? i mean if you know your going to have a popular gun why not buy ALOT of the product? but i guess its sold out and unlucky me didnt buy one. so why doesnt airsoft gi think ahead alittle?

No one is stocking parts/items anymore in quantity due to the bad economy and being taxed on what they already have in their inventory. The system seems to stifle growth in my opinion...

You are also assuming their supplier had a lot of supply to give them.  It's not like they crank these out by the millions and just have mountains of them laying around.

Based on how often they restock there custom GI m4s I would guesstimate it to be anywhere from 1-3 months.

Also I see you already own an m4, why not just convert it into the diablo?

most of the time the pre-order isnt all that special. its normally just the 1st few models of the gun that they are selling, but based on this it would appear to be almost just a regular stock item. Now if they didnt give you your $ back that that would be a screw over.

And, GI puts the Diablos together. They get the G&Gs and convert them, and they put on the website that thos customs are "made to order." They don't make it untill you order it.

They're not screwing you over, they simply ran out. Nothing malicious on their part at all. Just because it's on pre-order, doesn't mean they have a limitless supply. Especially if the Diablo is a custom GI build, of course quantities will be extremely limited. Just call and ask to have the funds credited back to your account if you already paid. Hence why I never buy products on pre-order....

You're complaining that its ASSGI's fault that you didn't get to waste your money on something that looks like crap?

Pre order means it's not in stock and you are just reserving one for when it does come back in stock.

Why would you complain on here? we aren't the techs, nor support for ASGI, we cannot help you in anyway. Your best bet would to grab a G&G and make something similar, might benefit you in the long wrong. Might learn something along the way ya know.
