harald Huf, spent the last few years making the molds and designing the whole thing. This was the first assembled jet from those molds. He said at the end of the taxi video that after the jet is back from the paintworks they would fly it and share the video.

I guess I havent been around a lot of that stuff, and maybe crashes are few and far between, but if I had a RC jet as nice as that I would be too afraid to fly it. I realy dont know why they dont have a large parachute stuck on the end of those planes so if they encountered any problem you either gain altitude (if you can) and pop the big chute and let your model float to the earth nice and easy.
My dad and I were building a sailplane when I was a kid but it never made it out of the shop.

I had a cheap R/C plane when I was younger, I think we only paid 120bux for it, but it still flew.  I crashed it after only a few flights, and messed it up good on almost every landing.  It takes some skill to get it done right.
My dad wouldn't pay to fix it so it got trashed. :wtc:

I have done alot of building RC planes / Helicopters in my time. What happends in that video is what is the largest cause of most RC airplane crashes. What happens is the lead pilot  doesn't take into account that controls are oppsite when making that bank.

I did it once with my first RC plane.. Crashed it in a local park :P

Kinda cool to see that SU

Friend of mine which i have flown once, has a AIRWOLF Helicopter stands 12ft long fully automated..
