gearbox gone?

Yesterday I read that someone went to Gearbox and it looked empty. Is it closed for good now? I'd like to know soon, as it's far for me and I was planning on going tomorrow.

Yes, last Friday they apparently closed for good and unfortunately early.

The owner fell ill was no longer able to run it (correct me if I'm wrong).
