On my GBB's, I use 15 weight silicone R/C shock oil.  Get it at TowerHobbies.com or any R/C or Hobby store.

according to airsoft atlanta's page, you should use only 100% silicone lube on gbb's because anything with petroleum distilates will eat the rubber seals in the guns.  also, only light (5-15) wt should be used because anything heavier will gum up the parts, eventually.  is this true? what do u guys use? i can't find anything like this anywhere.
