General Airsoft Discussion / High Tech "Laser Tag"
« on: February 23, 2004, 04:22:38 PM »
You Military guys have probably heard of this but I found this interesting and thought I would tell you all about it. I went to a Tactical Competition with my SWAT team a few weeks back, and one of the many events was the Terrorist Threat. We got there and we were loaded up with MILES gear (I believe that's the same way you spell it) But it was a Vietnam M16 that fired blanks that activated a laser. You wore a ballistic helmet and an LBV wired with sensor that would go off if hit by the laser. It worked really good only disadvantage was it jammed a lot it think I was unjamming  it more than anything. It was really cool we did the scenario and I got two of em by a head shot.

War Game Club's newest attraction, Smokey's RPG-7W Rocket Propelled Launcher. http://www.wargameclub.com/WGC_Shop/ Interesting if you asked me personally if that was pointed at me during a game, I don't know about you but I'd piss my pants! I'll stick with an M4, but how the heck does this thing work?

AEG's / M203 Grenade Launcher
« on: August 15, 2003, 04:21:35 PM »
I have been doing some research on the Marui M203 Grenade Launcher for an M4A1. It appears to be a rather good weapon from what I can tell. What do y'all think of this grenade launcher?

Site Suggestions / Winter Games
« on: August 12, 2003, 11:26:26 PM »
Maybe I am crazy and maybe I'm not who knows. Anyway I moved here from NY/ PA to hot as hell AZ, and it snows all the time up there which got me thinking. Now to the point: Up in flagstaff it snows in the winter (how it can snow here I have no idea) but maybe your catching my drift. What I am trying to suggest is... Grab your AEG and snow camo and lets have some fun well freezing our butts off. Maybe this has been said before maybe not I don't know but personally it sounds like a really fun time. Let me know what you think!

AEG's / Full Metal Bodies
« on: August 11, 2003, 11:57:14 AM »
I am planin' on getting an M4A1, and was just wondering if it would be better to save up the few more extra bucks to get it full metal? Or is the regular non metal AEG's durable enough not to really worry about them snapping in half?

I was just wondering what you all think of the DTP Motor Driven C-Magazine for M16? I was just looking for a high capacity mag, but I really don't want to buy something that doesnt work very well. So what do you guys think of them do they work well? Thanks alot for you help.

Remove the carry handle, that will give you an open rail to put the scope.

I lived in PA in the middle of the country. Before I moved hear and we didn't go to the store to buy a turkey for Thanksgiving dinner, it cost to much for gas and the turkey, you got it your damn self with a compound bow. Also it was hard to get food in our mouths cause my dad got laid off and ammo is allot cheaper than a steak some times even a pack of hot dogs, plus enough meat to last you a 3-4 weeks, not to mention venison is as good as steak. Hunting is a way some of us get by, and I have no problem taking an animals life so I can live. So hunting is ok by me, but we are all entitled to our own opinions P.S. Animals are not defenseless, trust me.

The amount of recoil on that is freakin' crazy, wouldn't that dislocate you shoulder ? If it didn't you would have one heck of a bruise!
