It's just a thick double-sided tape.  You could get it at almost any store:  Wal-Mart, Home Depot, ACE Hardware, or probably even a Safeway in the automotive/home section.

target even has it under the school supply section.  Just go down the ile(sp?) with tapes and such and it will be there.

What is that stuff, and where can I get some more? I was thinking it was just insulating tape, but it is double sided.
