You've piqued my interest...

Projectile?

TBD :)

not sure yet, but, I want it to be close to the actual GL.

Thinking I may cast myself some tiny 20mm foam rockets.

Making the closest looking thing I can is the current priority. Then I will see what space I have to work with for the insides.

Added to the projects list.

Began work modifying one of these from my Xm8 kits.

Should be sweet.

Do not comment below? Too bad. :P

The fB page is equally as vague lol.

Depends on the game 90% of the time, no.

I dont understand why so many people try these kind of things. M4/g36 support weapon.

The cost of modern airsoft saws is so cheap! They cost the same entry level as a mid level aeg.

I digress, to the op, do yourself a favor and buy or trade for an actual support weapon. You will be happier, and it will have great aftermarket support, and be allowed at games no issue.

An m4/16 with a highcap is already on most fields, so offers little to no advantages. M249s m60s m240 ect are built from the ground up for long bursts. They are also very easy to work on

100%

And watched it go.

I agree with you so much its not even funny haha. Jeremiah/Ron sold me my first gun/vest!

My honest opinion is that it will come back around. Once the current group gets a taste for longer missions, more in-depth scenarios, we could very well see a Mil-Sim revolution haha.

I learned through trial and experience, the shooting is the climax, it is the buildup that makes it worth it.

Outdoor run-and-gun fields offer instant satisfaction, but it doesn't last, and it is not satisfying, there is no challenge, there will be people to shoot, as they are compressed into an area that makes it impossible not to.

Spending a day or two beforehand, pulling up a map, and planning, getting correct kit together, coordinating, then working together with a compass/gps/moving skill, to pull off a mile creep up on a position, possibly only to observe the enemy, heightens the tension considerably.
Milsim is airsoft with foreplay hahah so much better

Round 2!
This year I went ahead and bought a set of Fero-51's!

Very similar to the system used on the later scope, but hand held, and not weapon mounted.

I like them a lot as they are very lightweight, and appear to work ok for the Gen they are.

They do not make a Weapon mounted set for the MG42, only stand based adapters as seen with my B8v,

These will let me look, then shoot

Pics pulled from google. actual photos will be captured at event!

Troubleshooting / Re: KWA gbb track record problems.
« on: February 04, 2015, 12:46:52 PM »
This talk of AEG stuff is foreign to me  :o I only deal in GBB's now. Companies like VFC, elite force, g&g does offer a kick ass warranty as well. Im sure it depends on the gun you buy though. Any where from 30 to 2 years depending on the gun. Certain elite force m4's get one year, the top tech line gets a two year warranty, and some VFC guns get one year. Gas guns dont get very good warranties though. Elite force's warranties exceed that of KWA. They have a 60 day warranty.

I used to have WE, VFC, cyma, KWA, and Maruzen blowbacks. Your going to need that warranty lol
