I have a used Well MB01 that I bought off craigslist last Thanksgiving.
I just want to start off saying buying used isn't a bad thing, if you're planning to upgrade anyways.
If you own this gun one upgrade part you may not have seen very often, or cheap, is a 6.01mm tightbore barrel. The closest I've seen that isn't custom is a 6.03mm. My advice could save you a lot on not buying that $80+ custom made tightbore.
Here in Tucson, our airsoft store is Disruptive Airsoft and Paintball (Big 5 sells a lot but not as many as disruptive). I asked about a 6.01mm barrel that was around 495mm long. It was $35, that's right
$35. The one downside, it was for an AEG hop up, not the stock hop up in the L96
*GASP* Oh noes!I didn't find this a problem at first, but I began noticing my gun shot wildly. Just recently,
I found a solutionFor $7 i bought a new 70% AEG hop up bucking (the rubber part around the barrel, in the hop up). I noticed right away it had the correct groves to fit my AEG barrel. Originally, my barrel slid out every shot. With the new hop up bucking, it fits perfect, and does not move at all. I noticed increased accuracy and power right away. I have not tested the long range accuracy yet however, as i sold my scope for a new one that I ordered. It has not arrived yet.
I also order a new hop up nub (the rubber part that pushes down on the hop up bucking). Now I'm hoping I didn't just spend $7 on a 2mm piece of rubber for nothing. If it helps, I'll let you know.
My next upgrade will be a

I'll update this when my scope comes in tomorrow. but if it works, this could save you a lot of money for other upgrades.
