WE-Tech M4A1 AEG outer barrel help

I'm trying to replace the outer barrel of my we-tech m4a1 aeg and I'm having problem removing the delta ring and the front sight, any help or tips are appreciated

It the sight just not moving or what? Here is a quick video on the front sight removal How to remove front sight from an airsoft m4/m16 I hope it helps. As far as the delta ring, does it have a silver spring behind it or is it a flat spring?
