Hmm that is weird. I'd check to see if u assembled the striker right like leave the upper receiver off and look into the lower and insert the mag and see if the striker is hitting the valve on the mag at all. also check if the mag is seated correctly because from the video it doesn't seem like there's bb's in the mag and when you charged it the bolt didnt lock back.

thanks ill check the striker, but you are right the mag did not lock back, i had to put new orings on the mag and was testing it just to make sure it didnt leak and wanted to make sure the gun would fire so i didnt put the bolt stopper or anything on it for the sake of time since i kept having to take mag apart didnt think it would make a difference if i was just trying to fire it once but ill also put that stuff in and see how it goes  thanks for replying :)

so i went ahead and looked at the striker and the hammer to see if it is coming in contact with the valve on the mag and it is but it seems like the hammer is not pushing the striker in far enough (hammer is to small) i put some paper on one end to kind of make it bigger and it cycled the bolt back all the way but then if got jammed because the hammer was too bulky and trigger could not be pulled i think i will be taking this into a shop to have them look at it for me

Nice. yeah it could also possibly be the mag since its a king arms. maybe the valve isnt long enough for g&p woc's im not sure im not too familiar with woc's. But i'd try different mags for sure and maybe start looking into a new hammer or maybe a 120%  hammer spring.

Dont think that the hammer could be to small. Would be the first time ive ever heard of such a issue. A stronger hammer spring could help but it will increase wear on your firing pin block because the hammer will be hitting with more force now. make sure your firing block is assembled correctly and that the screw that holds both halves in is tightened. This tends to get loose all the time.

not sure why i didnt bring this up before but you can also ask around the gas guns info forum. Alot of those people are gas gun gods and they can provide alot of help and information beyond just getting your gun up and running.

I happened across this site when I was doing some research for you:

http://www.airsoftforum.com/board/GandP-WOC-WOK-M4A1-Challeng-t252677.html&p=18656465

Has plenty of pictures for inside/out on how to piece together. Perhaps something is misplaced the slightest bit.

Hope this helps!
